I will be creating an opening scene. When I first got the assignment assigned. I went on YouTube and watched multiple opening scenes for some of my favorite Movies. To get an idea of how this process should go about. After watching multiple, I learned that there is no opening that's is the same. You Can do whatever you as the producer want to do with the video, it is complete creative freedom. I watched a bunch of dance choreography music videos To see how I wanted my dancers to be lined up. And what areas Would be best for all the attention to be on the dancers in the singer? I then also watched a couple country music videos. To see what they're usually dressed in. How the dancers are normally dressed and what the setting of the video is. After researching These music videos. I am pretty sure What I have planned Is going to go well. I am actually really excited to put my ideas into the production. Using everything I researched And putting it all together. I also learned that I

Today we started to refilm the opening scene. After all of the mishaps, footage getting deleted. Then not being able to get together to film. took a lot of time out of our planned schedule. We began filming with the actress today. The filming process went smooth however, the minor details i wanted did not go. I had to cut a few aspects of the movie out to make time to edit. After watching over the clip before leaving the set. We retook a couple of the angles of the movie. When finished i sent all clips off to my partner. We talked about how we wanted this movie to be edited. With what sounds and how the clips should merge together. After a few couple hours, we were finally finished with the film. We will be using IMovie to edit this movie opening. This was also shot on an iPhone 12 Max. Because the camera deleted the footage in the beginning.

Unfortunately, after our footage got deleted. We have not been able to figure out a day to refilm the production. While we figure that situation out. I will be creating the flashbacks. Since I don't have the option to go get a cop car and create an actual scene. I will be using a dark black enclosed room, with blue and red LED lights. I will also have sirens playing in the background to help create the scene. I will be lightly covering the camera to create a blurred effect. I will be using shadow effects to create figures of people in the flashbacks. A lot of creative processes are going into this scene. For the best suspenseful outcome of the audience.   After filming this scene. I will be downloading it into editing software to create a darker light on the scene. I will also be layering cop car sirens and ambulance sirens during the editing process. to give the audience the full intense feel to the flashbacks. I will also be using my prior knowledge of photoshop to help create t

It's been about a week since all of the filming processes got destroyed. We are still trying to figure  out another day to restart the film process. We are planning on someday this week during the peak daylight. To refilm the whole movie opening. After watching what was saved from the last try, I decided to change a couple minor details of what was shot. I will be changing the actress's outfit to a lighter option to help the actress pop out more to the audience. I will be changing the lighting to natural light for the actress and the details to be more lit up.  The camera angles will also be changed to fit the actress's movements more. The location will be changed to give more of a dream-like feel. I will also be fixing the dialogue of the characters in the flashbacks so it sounds a little more panicked. The dialogue of the actress will also be changed to help with the worrying feeling for the audience.

After the filming process began for our opening sequence.  We believed the process went according to plan. However, some unfortunate luck hit us.  After filming I decided to go and look at our shots that were taken. About half of our recorded shots were deleted or destroyed in some way. With everything being destroyed we Unfortunately have to start from the beginning again.  In some ways it's a blessing in disguise because we can go back and fix what we wished was fixed in the beginning. Now that we are back at stage 1.  I need to figure out what time and day are best for everyone to film again. Luckily we are only using one actress.  which helps with schedules working out. This time going back around I think I will use a different location. Our last location did not have enough natural lighting to light up the scene. Now knowing everything I know there will be a lot of changes. The actress will be dressed differently in lighter clothing.  The flashbacks will be darker, with the
